This gallery is an extension of the 'show me some more..again' demonstration in that the trigger for each image is held in a <b> tag which, in this case, just holds a number, but can be anything you like from simple text to a thumbnail image. The following <div> is then used to hold the image and some text which can be style using CSS.

This gallery has the following features:

  1. Can have descriptive text which can contain links.
  2. Can contain forms, lists etc
  3. Can be expanded to have as many images as you like.
  4. Images can be any size.
  5. A numbered square must be clicked to see the full size image and text.
  6. The full size image will stay visible until another number is clicked.
  7. Clicking anywhere else on the page will not affect the current image.
  8. Clicking the same number will make the image and text hidden again.

Tested IE6, IE7, Firefox, Netscape, Mozilla and Safari (PC).
